    An abundance of technology with much room for expansion would be a wise move in the large presentation rooms.

    Placing such a space on the ground floor and near an entrance would maximize its physical accessibility. Design it to allow internal walls/dividers, stage, and furniture placement to be modified as needed. Carpet tiles should be used instead of large rolls; using tiles makes damage much easier/cheaper to repair, and would make it easy to cover anchor bolt-holes (as might be used for row seating or modular stages) when not in use.
